Enter the Green Pits of Hell – the Darién Gap

Strangely enough, you do not see any missing posters for the dozens of irregular migrants – Cubans, Bangladeshis, Nepalis, Senegalese, Gambians, Syrians, Somalis – that disappear each year as they hope to traverse this seemingly small segment in their long route to safety, to asylum, further north, to the United States or Canada.
